Job Summary
We are seeking an
analytical, deep‑focused and strategically thinking Private Equity Fund
Associate to lead investment initiatives, drive deal execution, and
optimize portfolio performance. You will be responsible for sourcing,
evaluating, structuring, conducting due diligence and managing private equity
investments, ensuring high returns for investors while mitigating risks.

investments and managing portfolio companies.
Key
Responsibilities
1. Investment
Strategy & Deal Sourcing
- Identify and assess
potential investment opportunities aligned with the fund’s strategy. - Build and maintain
strong relationships with investment banks, financial advisors,
business owners, venture capitalists, and institutional investors to
generate deal flow. - Conduct market
analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in targeted
industries.
2. Due Diligence
& Financial Analysis
- Perform
in‑depth financial modeling, valuation analysis, and risk
assessment to assess investment viability. - Conduct commercial
and operational due diligence to evaluate business fundamentals,
management teams and competitive positioning. - Collaborate
with legal, tax, and compliance teams to structure transactions
effectively.
3. Deal
Execution & Structuring
- Lead negotiations
on investment terms, acquisition financing, and exit strategies. - Develop financial
models, investment memos, business cases, and presentations for
investment committee approval. - Coordinate transaction
processes, including structuring, documentation, regulatory
compliance, and closing.
4. Portfolio
Management & Value Creation
- Actively
oversee portfolio companies to drive operational efficiencies,
strategic growth, and profitability improvements. - Work closely with
management teams to execute strategic initiatives, optimize capital
structures, and enhance profitability. - Optimize capital
structures and implement value‑enhancement initiatives. - Monitor investment
performance, generate investor reports, and provide regular updates
to stakeholders.
5. Exit
Strategies & Fund Performance
- Develop and
execute exit strategies, including IPOs, mergers &
acquisitions, secondary sales. - Maximize returns for
investors while mitigating risks. - Continuously assess fund
performance and refine investment strategies based on market conditions.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s
degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or CFA
preferred). - Experience: 3‑5 years in
Private Equity, Investment Banking, M&A, or Corporate Finance with a
proven track record of sourcing, executing, and managing deals. - Industry Knowledge: Deep
understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and financial
regulations in the target industry. - Financial Expertise:
Strong background in financial modeling, valuation methods, and investment
analysis. - Deal Execution:
Demonstrated ability to negotiate, structure, and close complex
transactions. - Analytical &
Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess business risks and develop
investment theses. - High risk tolerance
and adaptability: ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deals
simultaneously. - Leadership &
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with
investors, business partners, and management teams, excellent negotiation
and leadership abilities. - Language Skills: Proficient
in English and Spanish, Arabic is a plus.
