Contract type: freelancer / contractor

For our trusted partner we are looking for a freelance an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support company’s global launches and facilitate seamless transitions within the organization. The successful CANDIDATE will play a pivotal role in guiding teams through change, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities, milestone management, and fostering effective communication, training, and engagement strategies.

  • Lead change initiatives to support the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate successful adoption of new initiatives and processes.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align organizational goals and priorities with change initiatives.
  • Conduct assessments to identify strengths and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address gaps.
  • Design and deliver change management training programs for leaders and employees.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and drive consensus on change initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on change management best practices and approaches.


Requirements

Required (Basic)
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s
    Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or related roles
  • Proven track record of successfully leading change management initiatives in complex matrix environments
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
  • The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and navigate ambiguity
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
