Job Description
Work mode: 100% remote
For our trusted partner we are looking for a freelance an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support company’s global launches and facilitate seamless transitions within the organization. The successful CANDIDATE will play a pivotal role in guiding teams through change, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities, milestone management, and fostering effective communication, training, and engagement strategies.
- Lead change initiatives to support the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate successful adoption of new initiatives and processes.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align organizational goals and priorities with change initiatives.
- Conduct assessments to identify strengths and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address gaps.
- Design and deliver change management training programs for leaders and employees.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and drive consensus on change initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on change management best practices and approaches.
Requirements
Required (Basic)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
Degree from an accredited institution. -
Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or related roles

Proven track record of successfully leading change management initiatives in complex matrix environments

Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.

The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and navigate ambiguity

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
